Check the individual event pages regularly for updates, including event overviews with general schedule information, class lists with course descriptions, and detailed agendas.

What type of classes and training will be provided?

Classes are generally the same as those you will find in the market-specific tracks at the Yardi Advanced Solutions Conference (YASC). This includes in-depth training courses, product demos, roundtable discussions, and talks by Yardi subject-matter experts. The Yardi Forum provides an alternate, targeted, and lower-cost training and networking option that mirrors the popular YASC format.

If I have to choose between YASC and the Yardi Forum, which do you recommend?

YASC provides classes, demonstrations, and related sessions that cover a wide range of Yardi products and services. YASC will continue to offer the courses available at the Forum, enabling clients who use a wide range of Yardi products in addition to our market-specific solutions to tailor their conference experience to reflect their needs and areas of interest. Clients who prefer to focus on topics specific to their industry sector may find the Yardi Forum better suits their needs. The Forum allows for a deeper dive into market-specific products, as well as networking opportunities targeted to those markets. We recommend the Yardi Forum for those who would benefit from a greater understanding of how their market-specific products work but who may not need training on other topics, such as report writing or advanced accounting.

Which members of my staff should I send to the Yardi Forum?

The Yardi Forum will benefit staff who regularly use the products featured on the individual event pages, including users who are new to the products, those who would like to understand the newest features of the products, and those who would like to learn how other Yardi clients take advantage of specific features of those products. Check the individual event pages for more information about who should attend.

How do I make suggestions for content I would like to see included in the Yardi Forum?

Will there will be a Yardi Forum with the same focus taking place in another region? (For example, will there be another Affordable Housing & PHA Forum outside of Santa Barbara?)

The existing event calendar is comprised of the events that you can see on this website. Additional events may be a possibility in the future.

What does the full Yardi Forum registration fee cover?

The full Yardi Forum registration fee provides access to:

  • All of the sessions, including classes, roundtables, and demos
  • Breakfast and luncheon buffets for two days
  • A networking reception on the first night

Can my spouse or guest attend? What does a guest registration include?

You are welcome to purchase a guest registration for your spouse or significant other. Guest registration costs $75 and includes full access to the General Session and all meals. Please note that this registration type is limited to spouses or significant others of full conference attendees.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes. There is no charge to substitute an individual from your company. Please contact us if you need to do so.

Can I transfer my hotel room to another person?

Yardi has reserved blocks of rooms at the conference hotels, but attendees are responsible for managing their own room reservations. Please call your hotel directly for more information on the ability to change the name or make other modifications to your reservation.
